1. Artist's rights
- I can decline for any reason without providing it, and not take your commission.
- I have the rigths of the illustration itself, which means I can post it publicy and/or use it as examples or other means (unless you have made a request for privacy).
2. Commissioner's rights
the commissioner have the rights to post their commission where they wish if properly credited, however:
- The commissioner cannot use the commission for any commercial uses (producing prints, badges, t-shirts etc.) or resell the commission. Any use of the commission must be personal use only, with no financial gain. If you want a commission with a commercial purpose it must be disscused before.
- The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as their own work.
3. Payment
- All the payment must be by Paypal or Ko-Fi and USD only.
- There are two options of payment:
B) You pay half of the price before I start, and pay the rest after I send you the first sketch.
You must choose one way of payment.
4. Refunds
- refunds are allowed until lineart stage. after that I will only do refunds if I had a personal issue and won't be able to finish your commission.
- Once the piece is finished, a refund will not be given.
5. Queue & progress
- For all the commissions I may send you work-in-progress skecth of the commission, here you may ask for any significant edits, I will make them and show you before moving on. When the skecth is aproved I will continue.
- Asking for major changes after lineart may incur an additional fee.
- Once I started the commission can take 2 week to 1 month to finish, if there is any delay I will notify you. Wait time will depend on my queque and the type of commission requested.
- If you take more than two months to reply to my messages regarding the progress of the commission without prior warnings I will stop working on your commission.
